1. Subscription & Billing
Typingbrain offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription plans may be available on a weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual, or other recurring basis depending on the plan selected at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments using your selected payment method until the subscription is canceled.
2. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be billed automatically using the payment method associated with your account.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at support@typingbrain.com. After cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further renewal charges will be applied after cancellation.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be granted at our sole discretion, including in cases of accidental purchases, billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues preventing reasonable use of the service.
5. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect the current billing period and will take effect starting from the next renewal cycle. Users will be notified in advance of material pricing changes.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate access to premium features until payment is successfully completed.
7. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be added to subscription charges where required by law. Taxes and payment processing may be handled by our authorized payment providers and merchants of record.
